Abstract

This study explores the translation of a poetic text from Andalusian heritage, characterized by a complex musical and aesthetic structure. It seeks to understand the extent to which translation can convey these features without compromising the soul of the original text. Through both theoretical and practical analysis, it becomes evident that translating this type of poetry goes beyond rendering meaning; it requires creative and cultural awareness to reshape the text in a way that preserves its artistic impact in the target language. The study concludes that while some aesthetic elements can be transferred, others are inevitably lost, making poetry translation a unique artistic .endeavor
