The legal language is considered one of the most precise specialized languages due to its critical importance. Any mistake in understanding a legal term can lead to serious consequences. This research focuses on the issue of the multiplicity of legal terminologies in Arab countries, despite the adoption of Arabic as a common official language. However, this terminological diversity poses a barrier to the unified understanding of legal rules, which also negatively affects the accuracy of their translation and application. The study aims to analyze the causes of this divergence and its impact on regional cooperation, while proposing practical solutions to unify legal terminologies in Arab countries. This would contribute to strengthening legal integration and fostering mutual cooperation in the legal field.

الخطاب القرآني أرقى أنواع الخطابات، حيث جاءت الدراسة لتستنبط منه أهم أنواع الدلالات السياقية والمعجمية والتركيبية والبلاغية في القرآن الكريم، وأخذنا سورة مريم نموذجا ثريا بطابعه القصصي الخطابي، حيث زادت هذه الدلالات أهمّية بالغة كونها جزء مهما من الخطاب القرآني حيث هي وسيلة بناء وتراص لهذا الخطاب وبناء على ذلك سعينا في البحث عن مدى أبعاد الخطاب الدلالية في سورة مريم.
Le discours coranique est considéré comme le plus élevé parmi les types de discours. Cette étude vise à en extraire les principales formes de significations contextuelles, lexicales, syntaxiques et rhétoriques présentes dans le Coran. Nous avons pris la sourate Maryam comme exemple, car elle se distingue par son caractère narratif et discursif. Ces significations revêtent une grande importance, étant un élément essentiel du discours coranique et un moyen de sa construction et de sa cohérence. يشكّل الذكاء الاصطناعي تحولاً جذرياً في تعليم اللغة العربية، حيث يقدّم أدوات مبتكرة مثل التطبيقات التعليمية وروبوتات الدردشة والترجمة الآلية التي تسهم في تعزيز انتشارها الرقمي وتسهيل تعلّمها. هذه التقنيات تتيح وصولاً أوسع للمحتوى التعليمي، وتُحسّن تجربة المتعلّمين عبر تفاعلات ذكية وتقييمات فورية. إلا أن التحديات تظل قائمة، أبرزها اختلاف اللهجات العربية، ونقص البيانات اللغوية الدقيقة، بالإضافة إلى محدودية دقة الترجمة الآلية في فهم السياق والنصوص الأدبية. رغم هذه العقبات، يبقى الذكاء الاصطناعي أداة واعدة لتطوير تعليم العربية، شرط تعزيز الجودة اللغوية وتطوير الحلول المناسبة للتعامل مع خصوصيات اللغة العربية.

مستويات الفهم القرائي وفق مقررات الجيل الثاني الطور الثاني أنموذجا

هدفت هذه الدراسة التقصي عن مستويات الفهم القرائي في مقررات الجيل الثاني للطور الثاني باعتبارها أحد المحاور الاساسية في تنمية الكفاءة القرائية لدى المتعلمين .توصلنا في الجانب النظري إلى تصنيف مستويات الفهم القرائي المتمثلة في المستوى الحرفي –المستوى الاستنتاجي –المستوى النقدي –المستوىالتذوقي والابداعي ومدى أهمية استخدام استراتيجيات التدريسالمتنوعة .أما الجانب الميداني فتوصلنا الى تحليل كيفية ادراج هذه المستويات في النصوص التعليمية ، وقياس مدى قدرة المتعلمين على الانتقال من فهم المعنى السطحي الى التحليل والتقييم والإبداع ، ولتطوير مهارات الفهم القرائي يتوجب توافر نصوص مناسبة وبيئة تعليمية محفزة و أستاذ متمكن من آليات بناء المعنى وتوجيه التفكير النقدي .
This studyaimed to investigate the levels of readingcomprehension in the second-generation curriculum for the second cycle, as akey component in developingstudents' readingproficiency. The theoretical part classifiedcomprehensioninto four levels: literal, inferential, critical, and appreciative/creative, highlighting the importance of using diverse teachingstrategies. The fieldworkfocused on analyzing how theselevels are integratedintoeducationaltexts and assessinglearners' ability to move from surface understanding to analysis, evaluation, and creativity. To enhancereadingcomprehensionskills, appropriatetexts, a stimulatinglearningenvironment, and a skilledteacher capable of guidingcriticalthinking are essential.
البعد الوظيفي للصوت في القرآن الكريم سورة العاديات أنموذجا

يعدّ القرآن الكريم معجزة خالدة، ومن أبرز وجوه إعجازه الإعجاز الصوتي الذي تحدّى به الله سبحانه وتعالى الكون كلّه. وتعدّ سورة العاديات نموذجا بارزا لهذا الإعجاز، إذ تجلت فيها أبعاد صوتية متعدّدة تميزت بقوة الإيقاع وثراء التعبير، ومن خلال دراستنا للبنية الصّوتية لهذه السورة، تبيّن لنا جانب من هذا الإعجاز الذي يعكس عمق التأثير البياني والفني في النص القرآني.
