Abstract

This study aims to shed light on culture and translation in the media, as they complement each other. The developments in the media and the massive spread of digital means have led to an increased demand for translation, as it helps to enhance cultural dialogue by facilitating understanding and enabling the audience to explore different cultures, customs, and traditions. In our research, we also mentioned dubbing and its relationship with documentaries, highlighting cultural elements and their translation, as well as the strategies adopted for their transfer, striving to clarify this technique and remove any ambiguity surrounding it.
