Abstract

The project started in this study, has for main mission, to improve the performance and the effectiveness of the information system of ministry of education and teaching Saharawi. As part of our graduation project, we proposed an IT solution that addresses employee management and student management issues at the departmental level, such as redundancy of information in documents, loss considerable time, the use of paper media. This solution consists in developing an integrated human resources management system in the form of ERP based on the Odoo software package, offering more efficiency and performance for the different tasks of the Ministry. The proposed solution allows different managers to work in the same application environment. The application developed is based on two modules SEM HRD for employee management and SEM ISD for student management, allowing for better coordination and better monitoring of activities.
