| dc.description.abstract | The work carried out is made up of two parts: one relates to the phytochemical and biological valorization of four medicinal plants of the region of Tlemcen: Rhus pentaphylla Desf., Ferula communis L., Rhaponticum acaule L. and Agave americana L., by identification by CPG and CPG/SM of their chemical compositions in essential oils and in hydrosols, the phytochemical study of their extracts and the evaluation of their antioxidant activities by two methods (FRAP and DPPH). The second part is devoted to the application of aqueous extracts in the synthesis of silver nanoparticles. The latter were analyzed by different techniques (UVVisible, FTIR, DRX, ..) and their activities : antioxidant (DPPH and FRAP) and anticorrosive (gravimetric method) were investigated. | en_US |
