The work carried out in this thesis is part of the development of two different materials for the purpose of their application to the retention of AR42 dye. The first is an organically modified nanocomposite based on bentonite and carboxymethylcellulose. The second material consists of zero valent iron nanoparticles stabilized with carboxymethylcellulose. The prepared materials have been characterized by different techniques: FTIR, DRX, MEB, ATG and BET. The removal of the AR42 dye by the adsorbents was carried out as a function of the influence of various parameters (pH of the solution, the initial concentration of the dye, the contact time, etc.). The results obtained showed the practical interest of the use of these materials in the field of the depollution of contaminated waters.en_US
