Abstract
In recent years, audio-visual translation has emerged as one of the most
dynamic and widely recognized branches of translation studies. This growing
interest is closely tied to the continuous development of the audio-visual
industry, where productions especially documentaries have become essential
tools for conveying both visual and auditory content with precision.

challenges related to cultural differences, making adaptation a key strategy in
overcoming such barriers.
This research paper focuses on the documentary "Our Planet", known for its
compelling narrative and strong environmental message. Celebrated for its
impact in raising awareness about the natural world and the effects of climate
change, the film serves as a valuable case study. Through a descriptive and
