Préparation des membranes à base des matériaux polymères et inorganiques

Abstract

Notre étude s'intéresse à la synthèse des membranes composites de deux matériaux différents organique et inorganique, par la méthode d'inversion de phase. Deux types de membranes sont synthétisées, la première à base d'un seul matériau polymère PVDF et un matériau inorganique SiO2, et la seconde à base de PVDF et deux matériaux inorganiques :la Silice (SiO2) et l'Oxyde de Zinc (ZnO). Cette étude est faite dans le but d'étudier l'effet de l'ajout de différents matériaux sur la structure morphologique du PVDF et l'hydrophobicité des membranes synthétisées, en utilisant un microscope et la méthode de l'angle de contact, ainsi que les méthodes spectroscopique DRX et FTIR pour l'étude de la réactivité entre les différents matériaux. The study of this thesis focuses on preparation of composite membranes by two different materials: polymer and inorganic, using the phase inversion method. Two types of membrane are synthesized; the first based on a single PVDF polymer material and an inorganic material SiO2, and second based on PVDF and two inorganic materials SiO2 and ZnO. This study is done with the aim of studying the effect of the addition of different materials on the morphological structure of PVDF and the hydrophobicity of the synthesized membranes, using a microscope and the contact angle method, as well as the spectroscopic methods DRX and FTIR for the study of the reactivity between the different materials.
