Abstract
Audiovisual adaptation is a delicate and sensitive translation strategy as it
takes into account both the linguistic and semiotic level in line with the
characteristics of the target audience and its culture. This is what we
addressed in this study by focusing on the audiovisual advertising, and it
has shown us that it may sometimes be necessary to move away from the
original and create new content that achieves the same effect as the original
content
