| dc.description.abstract | The present study consists in enhancing two underused plants from the Tlemcen region, namely Atractylis humilis (Asteraceae) and Daphne gnidium (Thymelaeaceae). After a preliminary phytochemical screening, their chemical compositions in essential oils and hydrosols were identified by CPG and CPG / MS. Subsequently, their antioxidant activities by two methods (FRAP and DPPH) were investigated. Finally, the remaining part is devoted to the antimicrobial activity of the various extracts on several strains where the obtained result revealed moderate antimicrobial activity. | en_US |
