Abstract

Our research includes the topic of interpretation in the legal field, so we talked about the concept of interpretation and presented on overview of its history, in addition to its various types. Then, we focused on the Simultaneous translation that we adopted. In the applied aspect, mentioning it concept and explaining the most important stages followed it, after that we discussed about the specialized language and legal translation by mentioning their types and features. Our work included an analytical study in which we presented an oral translation of penal decision, detailing the most important difficulties we encountered during practice.
