Synthèse d'un N-aminooxy peptide cyclique

Abstract

Our objective during job is to synthesize a peptidemimetic, derivatives of acetic acid aminooxy it is largely found in the literature of organic synthesis and known by these biological activities. We chose to prepare the dipeptide from hydroxylamine, we start with the protection of instant functions then elongation of peptide chain by a coupling reaction finally deprotection of peptide ends and cyclization head-to-tail.
