Réticulation d’un mélange Chitosane-hydroxyéthyl cellulose

Abstract

Mixed chitosan / hydroxyethyl cellulose membranes were prepared and studied, as well as bridged using a crosslinking agent,as a result, this chemical crosslinking structure of the mixed membrane was analyzed by IR and UV-VISIBLE spectroscopy. This work aims to develop a biocomposite in the form of a gel, valuing chitosan and hydroxyethyl cellulose as renewable resources, adding glutaraldehyde as a binding agent, so as to form a hydrophilic matrix that admits to provide a swelling property. Therefore, these mixed membranes are suitable for capturing undesirable substances, and retaining volatile substances in order to prolong the evaporation time. Des membranes mixtes chitosane/hydroxyéthylcellulose ont été préparés et étudiés, ainsi que pontées à l’aide d’un agent réticulant, par suite cette structure de réticulation chimique de la membrane mélangée a été analysée par spectroscopie IR et UV-VISIBLE. Ce travail vise à élaborer un biocomposite sous forme de gel, en valorisant le chitosane et le hydroxyéthyl cellulose comme des ressources renouvelables, en ajoutant le glutaraldéhyde comme agent liant, de manière à former une matrice hydrophile qui admet d’apporter une propriété de gonflement. Par conséquent ces membranes mélangées sont appropriées pour capter des substances indésirables, et retenir les substances volatiles afin de prolonger le temps d’évaporation.
