Conception et synthèse de nouveaux glycopeptides inhibiteurs de l’amyloidogenese dans la maladie d’Alzheimer

Abstract

Alzheimer disease is characterized by extracellular deposition of seniles plaques, these plaques are composed of a protein fragments called beta-amyloid (aβ). eventually the aggregation of aβ causes the loss of connection and transmiss message between nerve cells in the brain. in this work we suggest to synthesis a new glycopeptides are able to inhibit the formation of βamyloid.
