Abstract

The present research entitled: “The impact of the time difference in translating literary productions, based on the novel of “Pride and Prejudice” as aims to study the effect of the time difference in the English language on translation, and the mechanism of its translation into Arabic, we relied on Jane Austen’s novel, From this point of view, we touched on how the translator deals with literary texts in general, and the narrative text in particular, by usining the comparative analytical method in completing this research.
