REHABILITATION DE LA CULTURE DU PISTACHIER VRAI DANS LE NORD- OUEST ALGERIEN EXEMPLE DE TLEMCEN ET SIDI BEL ABBES

Abstract

A travers le diagnostic dégagé par cette étude faite sur le pistachier au niveau des wilayas de Sidi Bel abbés et Tlemcen; au terme de laquelle le problème du climat, sol et milieu a été mise en évidence par les différentes analyses et collectes d'informations concluant et confirmant l'adaptation de cette culture dans ces zones arides et semi- arides par excellence, mais notre constat sur terrain indique qu'il y'a involution des superficies et réticence des agriculteurs, qui n'a de raison que la non maitrise de la conduite culturale et plus précisément le problème de la pollinisation qui est opération maîtresse et délicate pour exploitation utile et efficace de cette culture dont le produit est très couteux. Abstract Through the diagnosis reached by this study on pistachios at the wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbés and Tlemcen; after which the problem of climate, soil and environment was highlighted by the various analyzes and information gathering and finding confirming the adaptation of this crop in the arid and semi-arid par excellence, but our observation on field indicates that there's involution of areas and réluctance of farmers who did not reason that the mastery of crop management and more specifically the problem of pollination is mistress and délicate opération for effective and efficient opération of culture whose product is very expensive.
