دور الأستاذة الجامعية في الحراك الثقافي الجز ائري

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع الأستاذة الجامعية ودورها في الحراك الثقافي داخل المجتمع ، مع الكشف عن أهم المعوقات التي تؤثر على مستوى فعاليتها في أداء وظيفتها الثالثة المتمثلة في خدمة المجتمع. وتنطلق الدراسة من أهمية موقع الأستاذة الجامعية بوصفها فاعلا ثقافيا أساسيا في تشكيل الحراك الثقافي ، إذ تساهم من خلال التدريس والبحث العلمي والأنشطة المجتمعية، في إنتاج المعرفة ومعالجة القضايا المجتمعية، والمشاركة الفعالة في بناء وتنمية المجتمع. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، للكشف عن مختلف الأبعاد السوسيولوجية للظاهرة محل الدراسة وتحليلها. كما تم الاعتماد على تقنية المقابلة بوصفها أداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات ، وذلك من خلال إجراء مقابلات مع عينة من الأستاذات الجامعيات المتزوجات بكل من جامعة ابن خلدون وجامعة الجيلالي اليابس، ينتمين إلى تخصصات ورتب ودرجات علمية مختلفة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المعوقات الشخصية والاجتماعية تؤثر في درجة مساهمة الأستاذة الجامعية في الحراك الثقافي حيث تسهم بعض الظروف المرتبطة بالمسؤوليات الأسرية والضغوط والاجتماعية في الحد من فاعليتها في أداء دورها الأكاديمي والمجتمعي. Abstract This study examines the role of femaleuniversityprofessors in fostering cultural dynamicswithin society. It also explores the main obstacles thatlimittheireffectiveness in fulfillingtheirthirdmission:serving the community. The studyemphasizes the importance of femaleuniversityprofessors as influential cultural actorswhocontribute to knowledge production, address social issues, and support communitydevelopmentthroughteaching, scientificresearch, and social engagement. The studyadopts a descriptive-analyticalapproach to investigate the sociological dimensions of the phenomenonunderstudy. Interviews wereused as the primarytool for data collection. A sample of marriedfemaleprofessorsfrom Ibn KhaldounUniversity and DjillaliLiabesUniversitywasselected, representingdifferentacademic disciplines, ranks, and qualifications. The findingsindicatethatpersonal and social constraints influence the level of femaleprofessors’ participation in cultural dynamics. Familyresponsibilities and social pressures wereidentified as major factorsthatreducetheireffectiveness in carrying out boththeiracademic and communityroles.
