Abstract
In 2022, the government made a decision of teaching English to third year primary
school learners, this was due to the status of English in the world and in the
scientific and technological fields. This research aims at studying the effect of
teaching English on learners’ educational level. It aims also at study the difficulties
faced by teachers in addition to the methods and techniques used in their teaching.

Eventually the researcher gives some suggestions to teachers that might be practical
for better teaching, learning experience.
