المخدرات و ثقافة التهريب في الحدودو الغربية الجزائرية

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرة التهريب على الحدود الغربية الجزائر ، مع إشارة وثيقة إلى الاتجار غير المشروع للبضائع ، وتسليط الضوء على مشكلة المخدرات من أجل أن تكون على بينة من العوامل المؤثرة لتشجيع لها العملية. هذا هو ، في الواقع ، لعرض السياسة القمعية وحدها ليست كافية ل حظر هذه القضية ، إن لم يكن مستداما مع الوعي الاجتماعي والوقاية تورط جميع الجهات الفاعلة في المجتمع المدني. This study deals with the phenomenon of smuggling on the western borders of Algeria, with close reference to the illegal traffic of goods, highlight the problem of drug in order to be aware of the affecting factors to encourage its operation. This is, in fact, to display the repressive policy alone is not enough to ban this issue, if not sustained with a social awareness and prevention implicating all actors of the civil society.
