LE PROJET D’INTEGRATION REGIONALE MAGHREBINE : IMPACT SUR L’ALGERIE

Abstract

Ce travail s'intéresse à l'intégration économique régionale dans la Maghreb (Algérie, Tunisie et le Maroc). Son objectif est de déterminer l'impact économique d'un éventuel projet d'intégration maghrébine sur l'Algérie en termes d'échanges commerciaux. Pour cela, il a été question de mesurer le potentiel d'échanges intra régionaux que peut induire l'intégration économique. Notre étude à été menée en utilisant un modèle de gravité augmenté sur données de panel (27 pays entre 1995 et 2010). Les résultats montrent l'absence de potentiel d'échange entre l'Algérie et les deux autres pays maghrébins retenus dans l'étude. Cela veut dire que l'intégration économique maghrébine ne peut être utile pour l'Algérie que si elle œuvre à la mise à niveau et la diversification de son économie.This study is interested in the regional economic integration in the Maghreb (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco). Our objective is to determine the economic impact of a possible project of integration in Maghreb on Algeria in terms of trade. For that purpose, it was necessary to measure the potential of intra regional exchanges that the economic integration can infer. Our study used an augmentded gravity model on panel data (27 countries between 1995 and 2010). The results show the absence of potential of exchange between Algeria and two other countries retained in the study. It means that the economic integration can be useful for Algeria only if it works in the upgrade and the diversification of its economy.يعنى هذا العمل بالتكامل الإقتصادي الإقليمي المغاربي الجزائر و تونس و المغرب و يهدف إلى تحديد الأثر الإقتصادي لأي مشروع محتمل للتكامل المغاربي على الجزائر.من أجل ذلك قمنا بقياس إمكانيات للتبادل التجاري البيني المغاربي التي يمكن أن يخلقها التكامل الإقتصادي.الدراسة إعتمدت على نموذج الجاذبية المطور مطبق على بيانات البانل )27 بلد للفترة الممتدة من 1995-2010.بينت النتائج عدم وجود إمكانيات لزيادة التجارة بين الجزائر و البلدين الآخرين الذين شملتهما الدراسة.هذا يعني أن التكامل الإقتصادي الإقليمي المغاربي لن يكون مفيدا للجزائر إلا إذا عملت على تنويع إقتصادها.
