We have isolated and identified 04 strains of P. aeruginosa responsible for nosocomial urinary tract infections in the ICU and 08 P. aeruginosa and 01 P . luteola responsible in the urology department by Api 20NE gallery. The resistance of P. aeruginosa to antibiotics is performed by the disk diffusion method, as recommended by the CA-SFM. Pseudomonas isolated from the urology department have a resistance to 8 antibiotics among 14 tested, they have a large proteolytic activity, where strains U17Ps13, U16Ps12 and R16Ps4. It seems there is a relationship between multidrug resistance and proteolytic activity both contributes to any infectious process but poorly understood.
