dc.description.abstractRelational DBMSs have taken an important place on the DBMS market. This model has reached its limits for large scale environments. NoSQL databases offer an alternative to RDBMS to provide more effective solutions. The purpose of this work is to explain the architecture of the different NoSQL databases available on the market and see a greater depth two of them, HBase and MongoDB. One of the two models performance analyses will rely on YCSB benchmark. The aim is to evaluate the performance of each of the two solutions and to make a comparison based on test results generated by YCSB to choose the appropriate solutioen_US
