Abstract

Notre travail de recherche s’est donné pour ambition, de se positionner dans l’analyse du rôle du pilotage organisationnel, dans la perception de la performance. L’originalité de notre contribution, réside dans l’intégration à ce dynamisme : l’activité export. Notre démarche propose une conception novatrice des fondements des indicateurs de la performance et de la mise sous la loupe des pratiques algériennes Ainsi, 42 entreprises exportatrices, ont fait l’objet d’une étude empirique. Les résultats statistiques montrent que : l’utilisation d’outils de pilotage ; l’analyse préventive et avoir recours à la gestion de risques permettaient d’avoir une influence significative sur la performance, contrairement à la taille et aux compétences d’apprentissage.Our research ambitionned to position itself, in the analysis of the role of organizational control in the performance perception. The originality of our contribution lies in integrating to this dynamism : the export activity. Our approach provides an innovative conception of the performance indicators fundaments and the precise examination of algerian practices. Thus, 42 exporting companies were the subject of an empirical study. Statistical results show that : the use of management tools ; preventive analysis and to use the risk management allowed to have a significant influence on the performance, compared to the size and learning skills.يهدف بحثنا هذا إلى تحليل دور الرقابة التنظيمية في تطور الأداء،و تكمن طبيعة مساهمتنا إلى إقحام تكاملي لنشاط التصدير.إن منهجنا يقترح طرقة عصرية لاسس المؤشرات للأداء الوضعي في ظل الممارسات الجزائرية.كما كانت دراستنا التجريبية لإثنين واربعين مؤسسة إقتصادية مصدرةلدراسة موضوع التصدير.أثبتت النتائج الإحصائية أن إستعمال تطور قيادةالأداء الإحصائية التنبئيةو اللجوء إلى إدارة المخاطر،تعطي نتائج إيجابية لتطور الأداءخلافا للحجم و الكفاءات المهنية.
