Abstract

In this study, we focus on the problem of the specialized terminology and cannot address it without referring to the general subject of lexicography and specifically the dictionary, and in particular, we focused on the field of legal translation. We have found it necessary in this work to demonstrate the extent to which the Arabic translator is bound to transfer legal terms from English to Arabic with accuracy and professionalism while respecting the cultural factor.
