dc.description.abstractVideo games have spread around the world in a vast and rapid manner and have grown remarkably as it flooded the market with it’s different types and systems, it became a massive industry that major companies around the globe run, and with the vast glow in the world of gaming the industry became promotable to different societies especially to the Arab world, therefore, there was a need to translate and indigenize these games in a professional way, it relies on professional translators and and suitable language specialists who are considered the essence of the indigenization process, while focusing on other different considerations for a healthy translation in a suitable manner that aligns with the culture of the Arabic societies, using the different translation techniques to make the games more suitable for the targeted culturesen_US
