Abstract

In this study, we have attempted to answer a number of questions facing the translator during the delivery of the translated message, and his societal role in his attempt to build a specific thought and culture, as well as the strategies that must be adopted during the translation process to preserve the content of the original text, taking into account the linguistic and cultural content. The translator also takes advantage of the points of convergence between cultures in order to embody the principle of reconciliation on the intellectual level, as is the case in terminology and concepts. In this context, and through his realization of the importance of motivational speech, the translator becomes responsible for his translation decisions.
