| dc.description.abstract | Il s’agit d’une étude rétrospective sur l’insuffisance surrénalienne au service de pédiatrie du CHU Tlemcen. Elle avait pour objectifs d’étudier l’insuffisance surrénalienne chez les enfants de 2010 à 2020. L’âge de prédilection était à la naissance. Le traitement est basé sur la corticothérapie. Nous avons obtenu un taux de guérison elevé. | en_US |
