Etude de quelques paramètres biochimiques chez des patientes atteintes d’hypothyroïdie dans la région de Tlemcen

Abstract

To determine a hypothyroid condition and study alterations. We performed a comparative study of plasma levels of various biochemical parameters (cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose and uric acid) in hypothyroid women compared with their healthy controls in the region TLEMCEN. The results indicate that obese hypothyroid show an increase in glucose, uric acid and triglycerides compared to control values. No significant difference was found in cholesterol. Which allows to better understand the relationship between thyroid hormones and the conversion of body composition in obese patients. These results show alterations in biochemical parameters in women with hypothyroidism.
