Abstract
The present study entitled "Exploring Pedagogical Approaches for Teaching Arabic as a
Foreign Language: Case of Turkish Students in the Department of Arabic Literature at
Istanbul University," aims to reveal the pedagogical approaches used in the Arabic
language Department at Istanbul University and their impact on students' acquisition and
mastery of Arabic. Additionally, it sheds light on the current state of e-learning at this
university and the effectiveness of technology and online resources in supporting the
pedagogical approaches to enhance Arabic language teaching for non-native speakers.
