المرجعية الفكرية للممارسات الطبية الشعبية بالجزائر

Abstract

إن هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب " المرجعية الفكرية للممارسات الطّبية الشّعبية بالجزائر تلمسان أنموذجا " إسهام يهدف إلى التعرف على أشكال المرجعية الفكرية للممارسات الطّبية الشّعبية التي تسود المجتمع الجزائري عامة والتلمساني خاصة ؛ إذ ظلت تشكل الأرضية الخصبة في التعامل مع المرض و العلاج ، رغم التطور الهائل و المستمر للطب المعاصر في تقديم البديل . لقد استطاعت هذه الدراسة المستبصرة أن تكشف النقاب عن وجود علاقة وثيقة بينالمرجعية الفكرية و بين العلاج لذا الأهالي الذين لا يزالون يتعاملون مع الصحة والمرض على هذا الأساس ، إلى درجة أنه أصبح يتحكم في نمط انتشار الأمراض و معالجتها ، حتى أنه أضحى يعيق البرامج الوطنية للصحة العمومية . لهذا لا يزال الصراع قائما بين الطب الشعبي و الطب المعاصر بسبب وجود إيديولوجيات و عوامل من الصعب فصلها عن المجتمع، نذكر منها:عامل الطبيعةالفطرية،و العامل الاجتماعي و الجغرافي والعقائدي.منهاجيتنا شجعت اهتمامنا بالأنثروبولوجيا في ميدان الصحة و ساعدتنا في التحليل و البحث عن الممارسات الطبية الشعبية من خلال العادات و الاعتقادات بعالم القوى الغيبية . للإشارة فإن العقيدة الدينية و التي تدين بالكتب السماوية و تعاقب الحضارات المختلفة على المنطقة ، يشتركان في جعل المجتمع يؤمن بالعالم الغير المرئي مثل العين و السحر و الحسد و الجن كمصادر لمسببات العلل و هذا ما لا يقره الطب المعاصر،ليبقى الصراع قائم و مداوم ، فكيف يعالج هذا التنافر Abstract This study, labeled as " the intellectual reference of popular medical practices in Algeria, touches a model ", is a contribution aimed at identifying the forms of intellectual reference of popular medical practices that prevail in Algerian society in general and in particular, as it has remained a fertile ground in dealing with disease and treatment, despite the tremendous and continuous development of contemporary medicine in providing an alternative. This insightful study was able to reveal the existence of a close relationship between the intellectual reference and the treatment, so the people who are still dealing with health and illness on this basis, to the extent that it has come to control the pattern of disease spread and treatment, even hindering national public health programs . This is why the conflict between folk medicine and contemporary medicine still exists due to the existence of ideologies and factors that are difficult to separate from society, including:the factor of innate nature, and the social, geographical and ideological factor.Our methodology encouraged our interest in Anthropology in the field of Health and helped us in the analysis and research of folk medical practices through customs and beliefs in the world of occult forces . For reference, the religious doctrine, which owes the heavenly books and punishes various civilizations on the region, they share in making society believe in the invisible world such as the eye, magic, envy and Jinn as sources of causes of ills, and this is what is not recognized by modern medicine, so that the conflict remains ongoing and sustained, so how to treat this disharmony
