Abstract

Audiovisual translation is a link between sound and image, and it plays a major role in strengthening relations between peoples. There are many fields in it, including dubbing, voiceover, etc., but the pioneer at the present time is subtitling.Subtitling is defined as the process of transferring spoken dialogue in films, programs or videos to written text that is displayed on the screen.The memorandum came to highlight the role of satire and its impact on Algerian youth, with a focus on satire series in transmitting culture. From this, we choose the Outer Banks series as an exmple to work with for our research ,
