الوظيفة المالية في المؤسسة

Abstract

الملخص: یھتم موضوعنا بدراسة الوظیفة المالیة في المؤسسات الاقتصادیة حیث ثم التطرق لذلك في قسمین عالج الجزء الأول فیھ الجانب النظري لكل التطورات التي حصلت في ھذا المیدان أما الجزء الثاني فقمنا بدراسة میدانیة لمؤسسة عمومیة (بلدیة حمم بوغرارة ) و ثم التوصل إلى النتیجة التي مفادھا أن الصفة الناتج عن تسییر المؤسسات العمومیة الجزائریة سوء التقدیر و التطبیق لأدوات ھذه الوظیفة الحساسة إضافة إلى ضعف التأطیر الحاصل للناشطین على ھذا المیدان. Résumé : Se soucie de notre sujet pour étudier la fonction des finances dans les institutions économiques où puis traitées en deux sections traitent de la première partie de l'aspect théorique de chacun des développements dans ce domaine La deuxième partie de l'étude sur le terrain de la coopération d'une institution publique (municipalité de Hammam Boughrara), puis viennent à la conclusion que la production des capacités pour la conduite des institutions publiques erreur de jugement et l'application des outils algériens pour cette fonction critique en plus de remporter deux fois le cadrage de militants sur le terrain. Abstract : Cares about us to study the function of finance in economic institutions which then processed in two sections deal with the first part of the theoretical aspect of each of the developments in this field The second part of the study field of cooperation of a public institution (municipality Hammam Boughrara), then come to the conclusion that the production capacity for the conduct of public institutions misjudgment and application of Algerian tools for this critical function in addition to winning twice framing of activists on the ground.
