الأداء المقارن في صناعة التمويل الأصغر

Abstract

الملخص : دف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق لأسلوب حديث ومعاصر وهو أسلوب " المقارنة المرجعية" ، ويطلق عليها أيضا اسم " الأداء المقارن" ، و " القياس المقارن" ، المطبق من طرف مركز خدمة تبادل المعلومات لقياس مستوى الأداء المقارن للتمويل الأصغر في البلدان العربية، حيث يوفر أدوات ووسائل قياس "mix" عالمية لهذه الصناعة، فيتم من خلالها تحليل أداء مؤسسات التمويل الأصغر حيث تمكن من : تحديد وضع ومركز المؤسسات المقارنة مع نظيراا، تحسين الأداء المؤسسي لزيادة القدرة على الوصول إلى مصادر تمويل متنوعة من أجل تحقيق النمو والاستدامة. The study aims to address the modern and contemporary style which is called as “Benchmarking “applied by the service center for exchange information on microfinance for benchmarking microfinance in the Arab countries ,where it provides the tools and devices measurement global to this industry, through which analyzing the performance of microfinance enterprises in terms of size, the extent of its spread, its financial structure profitability and efficiency, where they rank manage to determine the status and position enterprises compared with their counterparts, improving the institutional performance to increase the ability to arrive at the sources of financing for the sake of achieving growth and sustainability. resumé :L’étude vise a répondre au style moderne et contemporary, c’est le « Bench marking » appliquée par le centre de service pour échanger des informations sur la micro finance pour l’analyse comparative de la micro finance dans les pays arabes, ou il fournit les outils et les instruments mondiaux pour cette industrie a travers lesquelles, ils analysent la performance des petits investissements des entreprises en terme de taille, la measure de sa propagation, sa structure financière , la rentabilité et l’efficacité, ou ils peuvent réussir a déterminer l’état et la position des institutions par rapport a leurs homologues, ainsi que d’améliorer la performance institutionnelle pour
