Abstract

Legal translation is a hard mission that the translator may face. Indeed, it cannot be dissociated from the cultural dimension, which is considered an essential element to ensure the quality of translation. This does not simply involve transferring text from one language to another language, but also involves the meaning and cultral context, as it is based in our research on legal translation. For the practical chapter we have translated some terms and phrases extracted from civil contracts and analyzed them to see if they reflect the same semantic charges from the Arabic language to the English language.
