Abstract

الملخص لقد أبرزت الامتيازات الجبائية دورا هاما في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية و اطهرت العلاقة الطردية بين الجباية و الاستثمار حيث كلّما زادت الامتيازات الجبائية حفّزت على الاستثمار و هذا ما ورد من خلال دراستنا للوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب فهي مثال حيّ على ما حقّقته هذه الامتيازات في التمويل و القضاء على البطالة و الزيادة في النمو الاقتصادي و تحسين المستوى المعيشي. Résumé : La taxe sur les privilèges a mis en évidence un rôle important dans le financement de projets d'investissement et de la relation extrusive entre la collecte et de l'investissement , où les plus de privilèges fiscaux ont stimulé l'investissement et c'est ce Seigneur à travers notre étude de l'Agence nationale pour soutenir l'emploi des jeunes sont le quartier sur les réalisations de ces privilèges dans le financement et éliminer l'exemple le chômage et augmenter la croissance économique et d'améliorer le niveau de vie.
