Abstract
This research is entitled ―The Depiction of Black Feminism in Bell Hooks‘ ‗Ain‘t I
a Woman: Black Women and Feminism 1982‘‖. It deals in details with Feminism in
the first chapter, however the second chapter engages with the study of the black
female life experience. This work aims at signifying that Feminism does not serve
the needs of all women. Consequently, Black Feminism emerged to speak out the
black female‘s suffering.
