| dc.description.abstract | L’évaluation de l’état nutritionnel nécessite la combinaison de plusieurs indicateurs . Le BCM, technique simple , précise, pourrait être proposée pour le suivi nutritionnel systématique des patients en IRC, afin de pouvoir détecter plus rapidement les modifications du statut nutritionnel chez ces patients et d’adapter précocement la prise en charge nutritionnelle, l’intérêt d’un suivi diététique s’avère nécessaire chez ces population (une alimentation plus riche en protéines et faible en matières grasses est recommandé) | en_US |
