Abstract

Translation represents the vital element that steers the movement of cultures among communities, transforming the world into a small village where people converge with their various cultural hues. In this research, we have endeavoured to shed light on the concept of translation, communication, and culture, and their role in fostering cultural communication, highlighting their strategies and mechanisms for translating cultural concepts and the challenges they encounter. This was done through an analytical study of the website of the Directorate of Tourism and Handcraft for the province of Tlemcen as a case study.
