الملخـــص : يعتبـــر مخـــطط السنــوي للمـــوارد البشريــــة الركيـــــزة الأســـــاسيــــة التي تواجــــــه تسييــــــر المـــوارد البشـــرية في المــؤسســـات و الإدارات العمـــــوميــــــة الجزائــــريـــة , و يعـــد هـــــذا المــــخطط في شكــــل جــــداول من طـــــرف المــؤسســـة العمــــوميــــة المعنيـــــة في بــــدايــــة السنــــــة بــعــد حصــــولهــا على مــدونة المنـــاصب المــاليـــة و يجســــد بــذلك مفهـــوم التسييـــر التقـــــديري للمـــوارد البشــــــرية خــــاصة في مـــــا يتـــــعلـــق بالتــــــوظيف و التـــــكويـــــــــن Résumé : plan annuel des ressources humaines est la base importante qui afférente la gestion des ressources dans les entreprises et les administrations publiques Algériennes, ce plan est sévis forme de tableaux réalisés par l’entreprise publique concerné au début de l’année après avoir la nomenclature des postes budgétaire.
