جرائم العنف في المجتمع الجزائري 1995-2005

Abstract

أصبح العنف يمثل هاجسا حقيقيا بالنسبة للشعوب والمجتمعات في كل لأنحاء المعمورة... والمجتمع الجزائري ليس بمنأى عن هذه الظاهرة... فقد واجه خلال الحقبة الاستعمارية كل أشكال الاضطهاد والقمع... وبعد الاستقلال اصطدم الشعب الجزائري بظروف مأسوية مثل التهميش والإقصاء وسوء توزيع الثروة وغياب المشاركة الشعبية في برامج التنمية... ويبدو أن هذه العوامل مجتمعة فضلا عن العوامل التاريخية هي التي عجّلت بوقوع انتفاضة شعبية خلال بداية العقد الأخير من القرن العشرين أدخلت البلاد في حرب ضدّ الإرهاب...وفي وقت لاحق ضدّ أشكال من الانحراف الجنائي: العنف، الهجرة غير الشرعية، المخدرات، التهريب، الفساد، إلخ Violence has become a real concern for people and societies all over the world... Algerian society is not immune from this phenomenon... During the colonial era, he faced all forms of persecution and oppression... After independence, the Algerian people faced tragic circumstances such as marginalization, exclusion, poor distribution of wealth and the absence of popular participation in development programs... It seems that it was these combined factors, as well as historical ones, that precipitated a popular uprising at the beginning of the last decade of the twentieth century, which plunged the country into a war against terrorism...And later against forms of criminal deviation: violence, illegal immigration, drugs, smuggling, corruption, etc...
