Pouvoir hypolipémiant de résidu du safran « crocus sativus L »

Abstract

Crocus sativus L. est une plante qui appartient à la famille des Iridaceae est également désignée par l'appellation "or rouge " utilisée en médecine traditionnelle à des fins thérapeutiques à cause de sa richesse en composés actifs tels que les flavonoïdes, anthocyanes. Notre méta analyse a bien mis en évidence le rôle important de cette espèce de plante, dans la régulation des taux de lipides dans le sang, aussi bien chez les sujets hypertendues, diabétiques et ceux atteints de maladies cardiovasculaires. Il serait intéressent d’exploiter les autres parties de la plante à savoir les tiges et fleurs sans le stigmate. Our meta-analysis has clearly shown the important role of this plant species in the regulation of lipid levels in the blood, both in hypertensive subjects, diabetics and those with cardiovascular diseases. It would be interesting to exploit the other parts of the plant namely the stems and flowers without the stigma.
