| dc.description.abstract | Après transplantation rénale (TR), l’hyper tension artérielles (HTA) est fréquente, elle constitue une cause primordiale de mortalité et de perte de greffant. Plusieurs étiologies sont incriminés, parmi lesquelles la ciclosporine (Cy.A), la corticothérapie, la néphropathie initiale et le rejet d’allogreffe. Un bon control de la pression artérielle en hémodialyse constitue un moyen de prévention efficace contre la survenue d’une HTA et son aggravation après transplantation. | en_US |
