التوسع العمراني المعاصر وانعكاساته على جرائم الأحداث في المجتمع الجزائري

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التوسع العمراني المعاصر على جنوح الأحداث بالغرب الجزائري وقد شملت عينة الدراسة 55 جانحا يقطنون في عمران حديث معاصر ممثل في عمارات السكنات الاجتماعية والسكنات التساهمية ذات قباء (قبو) وبعض الفلل. وقد جاءت الدراسة في إطارين: 1. الإطار النظري: وتم فيه عرض نظري واسع لمصطلحات الدراسة والتعاريف النظرية الملمة بالموضوع كما تم فيه طرح الإشكال المتعلق بأثر العمران المعاصر على جنوح الأحداث بصفة خاصة والظاهرة الإجرامية بصفة عامة، لتفرض علينا فيما بعد فرضيات متباينة منها من تثبت ذالك ومنها من تفند لتطرح احتمالات أخرى. 2. الإطار العملي: أما الإطار العملي أو التطبيقي فقد تم فيه عرض الإشكالية للتجربة من خلال دراسة العينات المختارة ودراستها دراسة منهجية ووضعها تحت المجهر في الأخير توصلنا إلى أن للعمران المعاصر غير المدروس الأثر الكبير على جنوح الأحداث دون إنكار العوامل الأخرى التي بها الأثر في ذلك. ليختتم البحث في النهاية بتقديم توصيات للسلطات العليا المعنية بالإعمار والإسكان بعدم السقوط في الفخ مستقبلا وبتطوير العمران على غرار دول العالم المتحضرة Abstract The aim of this study was to find out the impact of contemporary urban expansion on juvenile delinquency in the west of Algeria.the sample of the study included 55 delinquents living in a modern contemporary building represented in the buildings of social housing and contributory housing with a basement and some villas. The study came in two frameworks: 1. Theoretical framework: in which a broad theoretical presentation of the study terms and theoretical definitions familiar with the subject was presented, as well as the problem related to the impact of contemporary urbanization on juvenile delinquency in particular and the criminal phenomenon in general, to impose various hypotheses on us later, including those who prove this and those who refute to put forward other possibilities. 2. Practical framework: as for the practical or applied framework, the problematic of the experiment was presented by studying the selected samples, studying them systematically and putting them under a microscope, in the end, we came to the conclusion that the modern, unexplored urbanization has a significant impact on juvenile delinquency without denying other factors that have an impact on it. Finally, the research concludes by providing recommendations to the higher authorities concerned with reconstruction and housing not to fall into the trap in the future and to develop urbanization along the lines of the civilized countries of the world
