| dc.description | أراد الأمير عبد القادر بناء دولة مثل الدول الحديثة في التاسع عشر القرن ، لم تكن سنتان فقط من السلام كافية لخلق كل شيء. انها في مناخ من الصراع السياسي أن الأمير عبد القادر قد بدأت لضرب العملة. في هذه الدولة عبد- كان القادر يهدف إلى الحصول على قاعدة مالية وعملة ملهمة من النموذج التركي ولكن دون الحفاظ على الطابع الأسري. امتنع عن وضع اسمه في العملة في تاجديمبت. كان اهتمامه الرئيسي هو أولا تطوير وتوحيد النظام النقدي الوطني. من خلال وجود العملة الوطنية أعطى أكثر أعظم تأكيد للدولة أن الأمير أراد أن يخلق. Emir Abdel-Kader wanted to build a State just like the modern States of the XIXth century, only two peace years were not sufficient to create everything. It’s in a climate of political struggle that Emir Abdel-Kader had begun to strike a currency. In this state Abdel- Kader aimed to have a financial base and a currency inspiring from Turkish model but without keeping the dynastic character. He refrained from putting his name in currency in Tagdempt. His main concern was first to develop and unify the national monetary system. By having a national currency it gave more greatest affirmation of the state that the emir wanted to create. | |
