Abstract

الملخص: تعتبر جريمة القرصنة البحرية من الجرائم الدولية الخطيرة التي تشكل تهديدا على المجتمع الدولي و ذلك نظرا لانتشارها و اتساع نطاقها و تنوع صورها و تزايد معدلات ارتكابها و جسامة آثارها، مما استدعى تجريمها في القانون الدولي العام. فباعتبار أن جريمة القرصنة البحرية لا تهدد استقرار دولة معينة و إنما الأسرة الدولية ككل، كان من الواجب مكافحتها إقليميا و دوليا. و هذا ما قامت به المنظمات الدولية العربية منها و العالمية من خلال القرارات التي أصدرتها و الاتفاقيات التي صادقت عليها في هذا المجال. La résumé La piraterie maritime est Paramé les crimes internationales les plus dangereuses qui menace toute la société mondiale à cause de sa diffusion, son large développement , la diversité de ses types, l’augmentation de sa perpétration et ses résultats négatives ce qui a nécessite de l’avoir considérer comme une crime dans la droit international . L’influence de la piraterie maritime ne touche pas la stabilité d’un pays précis mais elle touche toute la famille internationale ce qui nécessite qu’on lutte contre elle régionalement et mondialement comme l’avoir fait les organisations mondiales et arabes à travers les décisions prises et les conventions signées Summary The maritime piracy is one of the dangerous international crimes that threaten the international world because of its diffusion, its large propagation, the diversity of its pictures, the development of its concessions and the gravity of their results which require taken it as international crime. The influence of the maritime piracy threaten not only the stability of one country but it threaten all the international family, this is why we should contened against it internationally and regionally like the international and the Arabic organization thought theirs taken decisions and signed conventions.
