Abstract

The international card holder’s contract Algerian Popular Credit / Visa is one of the species of contracts concluded between the Bank and the customer to create a commitment or agreement in exchange for the services provided to be accepted or rejected. This contract requires precise knowledge of its subject matter and mechanisms of its translation, as it specialized in the financial and legal field in order to meet the challenges of economic translation and the respect it imposes for the language and specialized terminology, in addition finding solutions and difficulties that the translator facing. Banking contracts require accuracy and familiarity with the different cultures to achieve the purpose of translation, and an understanding of the context and content of the contract depending on the ancient and recent techniques.
