Abstract

Audiovisual translation is considered to be a useful way that allows local and global communities to reach other cultures through its translated works. The translation has become an important part of people's lives. Through this research, we try to highlight the importance of translation in leading to the wide spread of Turkish drama series, along with the growing interest of the Algerian society in these shows. We also followed its major positives and negatives effects as well as the main objectives of the Turkish translated shows.
