dc.description.abstractVisually impaired students need to have the essential tools that help them become better learners and language users and take their fully part in the learning process. This research attempted to describe the visual impairment deficit and the different cases teachers may encounter in their classrooms and reveal the different obstacles that influence the academic performance of the students and the different factors that affect their language learning process. The results that were found revealed the importance of language learning and how does language learning in particular the English language learning affects the character and personality of visually impaired students and it helps them become effective communicators and overcome the different difficulties they face.en_US
