| dc.description.abstract | Résumé : Le rôle des ressources humaines pour une meilleure productivité. Nous avons abordé durant le premier trimestre les connaissances fondamentales concernant les ressources humaines. Pendant le deuxième trimestre nous avons essayé d’analyser la relation entre la fonction de l’administration des ressources humaines et la productivité. Nous avons terminé le troisième trimestre qui comporte l’étude du rôle des ressources humaines pour augmenter la productivité son intérêt c’est la fonction de l’administration des ressources humaines joue un rôle primordial et important pour une grande et meilleure productivité dans l’entreprise. Abstract: The role of human resources to improve productivity, we discussed in the first chapter to the most important basic concept about human resources, in the second chapter around us analyze the relationship between the function of human resources management and productivity. And we ended the third chapter included a case study on the role of human resources in raising conductivity.
