Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the tourist attractions in Ghazaouet region to promote tourism there, with directing officials to pay attention to these distinctive that are marginalized places and work to raise their value; in this research, we have made an inventory of the most important tourist attractions in the region and then studied in a toponymical study and then translating from Arabic into English. What we have found is that locational studies enable us to extract the historical and cultural heritage of the name of the place, which is invaluable for future generations to communicate with their past and history; as for the tourist translation, it concerned with providing the necessary and important information to show the value of the touristic destination that the tourist wishes to visit.
